Ingredients:
- 6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small pieces
- 4-5 roma tomatoes, diced
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of Colombo Marsala wine (dry)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- generous dash of freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; serve with sliced bread.
