- 16 oz. artichoke hearts (frozen, thawed)
- 14 oz. low sodium chicken broth (or 1, 14 ounce can broth)
- 3/4 cup Colombo Marsala Dry
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tbs. Basil (julienned)
- 1 tbs. crushed garlic
- 1 Roma tomato (medium, seeded and diced)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 12 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tbs. lemon juice
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 6 to 7 minutes
- To serve, use a slotted spoon to remove hearts from braising liquid.
