Ingredients
- 1 lb Baby Carrots (Peeled)
- Olive Oil
- 2 cups Colombo Marsala Sweet
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
Directions
In a sauté pan over medium heat, pan roast the carrots in 4 tablespoons of olive oil for 15-20 minutes stirring every couple minutes. Once carrots have started to brown deglaze with the Colombo Marsala Sweet and lower heat to low and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until Colombo Marsala Sweet has reduced by ¾. Finish by adding butter and parsley off heat.
