- 1 lb of bacon
- 3 Tbs of butter
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 C of dry Marsala wine
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Quarter each slice of bacon on a cutting board with a large knife to create four smaller pieces of raw bacon
Wrap each piece of raw shrimp with one of the smaller bacon pieces.
Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on a cooking sheet that has been lightly greased with a cooking spray.
Bake for approx. 25 or until the bacon is cooking to the desired degree of crispness.

Add the Marsala wine to the butter/garlic mix, stir frequently and simmer of a low heat.
Remove the shrimp from the oven, and insert toothpicks into each, placing them on a serving dish.
