Ingredients:
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup prune plums, halved and pitted
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sweet Marsala
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 sprigs mint, or pineapple sage
Directions:
Marsala Sauce:
- Blend strawberries in a food processor or blender. Pour into a bowl. Stir in yogurt and Marsala. Add sugar. Cover tightly and chill.
To serve, mix raspberries, plums and blueberries gently and arrange in six small bowls. Top each with a dollop of the Marsala sauce, garnish with herb leaves and serve.
